Engagement Photos!!

Our photographers are RAD!! They made our engagement shoot so much fun and made it seem so easy to look so good (hahaha!!!) We took our pictures in Old Town Newcastle...a very small and charming town just outside of Sacramento on the way to Tahoe. Make sure to check out the shot with the train...it was an impromptu backdrop that ended being closer than we thought! Quotes from that moment...Ryan, "The train is NOT on the far track"....Krista, "Yeah I noticed!"

Maya Robyn Khan

Some more exciting news to share! Maya Robyn Khan was born May 29 at 2am. Weighed in at 8lb 10oz and 21" long. She had a little delay getting out of the hospital, but she is home now and big brother is keeping a close eye on her!

Ryan flew home at 10pm and went straight to the hospital to see her, Auntie KK will be visiting next week and is sooo excited to hold her.

Weekend in Sacramento

Perfect way to spend Memorial Day Weekend!!! Ryan flew into Sacramento on Thursday and was surprised to get his wedding band! He's only allowed to wear it around the house... for now!

Friday we had our engagement photo session with our Wedding Photographers, Jen & Chris Stewart. They were awesome, and we can't wait for the wedding to take more pictures with them! We got to see a few of the pictures as they were taking them and I know there going to turn out great! Afterwards, we met up with Krista's parents at Cabo's - a Mexican restaurant in Granite Bay where the rehersal dinner will be. Ryan got to see the room where it will be and try the food. It was great! They also have Modelo Especial on tap, one of his favorites!

Next Stop... Wine tasting with the Hasting's Crew..BBQ with the Krauses! Tomorrow heading down to the Central Coast to see more of Krista's family and Ryan's return to SLO! More to come...

The perfect start to our blog...

Our nephew Brady Kristopher Colt is here!! He was born on Friday April 8th @ 7:47pm weighing in at 6 lbs 4 oz. and 19 inches long. He is adorable...very chill and alert! His big brother, Brennan, is so excited and keeps saying, "My baby...play baseball (with) Brennan!" All boy in that house! Uncle RyRy and I can't wait to meet the little guy. Congrats to Katy and CJ! Next up...a little sister for Jadon!! Amy, Ryan's sister, is due in May : )
